My name is Lurin. I had been feeling so defeated with my weight and the life style that accompanied it. I was praying with a friend about steps to take to get out of the perpetual cycle I was in. She told me about Noble Clay. When I first, we went I could barely do an air squat correctly. At a last assessment I finished 32 squats with a 35 pound kettle bell in 2 minutes. I’m proud. It has by no means been an easy journey, But I’ve been learning, growing, and getting stronger. I have a support team. Ben has been so encouraging. At times I have fallen off but I’ve been pushed and I’ve regrouped, a few times. I’m grateful for Noble Clay. It has been answered prayer, and given me hope in a really dark time in my life. I’m so thankful.

At Noble Clay, I’ve found a community of people who have supported me, cried with me, laughed with me, and challenged me beyond what I thought was possible. I’ve had results that I haven’t experienced at any other gym in the past 4 years; I’ve not only grown stronger and hit my goals physically, but Noble Clay has helped me grow stronger spiritually, mentally, and emotionally as well.

Take it from me, a person who lost 100+ pounds over several years; you need people around you to encourage through any type of fitness transformation. You’ll find it everywhere you look at Noble Clay.

The individualized programming approach ensures that you can work toward your personal goals in and out of the gym. The community is strong and supportive, which I have already felt, even though I’m somewhat new. What I love the most is the mission and heart of the gym to bring health and fitness to all communities.

Noble Clay is a gym like NO OTHER!!! The coaches there care about their clients and create individualized plans that are centered around YOUR goals. There’s accountability around your health as it relates to your physical, mental, and nutritional well-being.

Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This is the definition of COMMUNITY LOVE. I have never felt so positively strong about a program, location, atmosphere and the coaching staff.
